The #1 person at my dealer ordered an IOM SS and went to 3000 at the end of march. I don't think he's moved from that yet, or at least as of last week. I'm #2 at the dealer, not IOM, and and went from 3000 to 3300 in like 3 weeks (and am still there). Definitely no rhyme or reason to it.
