I sold my 2010 SS with 14K miles on it for 3K below sticker 26 month after i bought it. i think its going to be a bit before you can get a ZL1 $12K off.
not to burst you bubble... just saying its going to be awhile which lends to a harder time to find the low mileage jem youre hoping for :(
