I don't know what Police department you deal with, But I can assure you that I completely understand all of the laws concerning state issued plates including the 18,000 plates being mounted on the front, so that they do not interfere with the payload, or loading and unloading. I don't run a front plate on my Camaro, and won't. You would have to commit another infraction and then be a real jerk to make me write that citation. And in St. Louis we do require emissions however It isn't required in other areas. We also have to use the more expensive clean formula gas.
