Yes those photos seem a bit TOO different.
I've been thinking of this myself.... In some ways the RS package is a pain if you don't want all of those things. For instance, I think I'd rather have the 19" wheels because all the tires are the same size and you can rotate them. And they are most likely less expensive tires. Plus there is actually some rubber between the rim and the road which comes in handy when you hit a pothole, etc.
The HID's would be nice to have if they do give an advantage in vision... too bad we can't just get them separately.
