I used to know a guy who was a compulsive liar. Nice guy, but somewhat of a mental case. One afternoon, a very gnarly 7- Series drove past us. He took that opportunity to boast that he had a Mercedes just like it at home. I pointed out the German car that had just rolled past us was actually a BMW, to which he responded, "Yeah, sure, I know THAT... mine's a BMW Mercedes."

Needless to say, I was quite impressed with his taste, and ability to collect very rare automobiles.
