Its good to have this discussion, and the forum needs to foster the competitive spirit between the ZL1 and GT500 (instead of locking threads).
What I recommend for Chevrolet is to wait until the GT500 releases its official numbers. It will be at this point where chevy can guage how much of a change may be needed. It might end up that the performance difference may not be drastic. Short of this is that Chevy will need to be ready to respond IMO in order to make this ZL1 competitive to the '13 GT500.
