The HP rating for the 2010 LLT was based on the certification for the Caddy. They had it recertified for the Camaro in 2011 to get the 312 HP. It is exactly the same engine for both years so there is no difference in HP. The 2012 got a bump in HP that is about equivelent to adding a CAI to the LLT. I haven't driven one so I can't tell if some of the other issues that a CAI fixes (a little less heat soak, a little better throttle response) are comparable to the LFX. As for the isolators, they are to prevent heat soak and increase the runner length a bit. They should provide a noticable difference, especially with repeated runs at the track or on long drives.
