A ZL1 vs 11-12 Shelby is a drivers race, end of story. The two cars are very close to being equal when it comes to straight line performance.

So if the ZL1 automatic beats either a 12/13 Gt500 it's not a fair race because the 500 doesn't have an automatic as well  . Your car is what it can run in the 1/8 or 1/4 mile with you driving, it's not what a professional driver on a prep track and perfect conditions ran once. If any of you have gone to the drag strip lately you know that these stock cars for the most part do not run anywhere near what we read about in these forums.
