It would cost me more to sue than the deposit was for, my thought is, the dealer wont be there long enough to collect it.
What in fact will happen if I dont get it, is way more costly to the dealer, and GM, I will never be back, nor will I hesitate to turn others on to the truth.
The dealer cant deliver the vehicle, and then wont return my deposit. Would you recommend them?
