The dealer cant deliver the vehicle, and then wont return my deposit. Would you recommend them?

No I sure wouldn't and I think you should let everyone on this site know who they are and let the negative publicity take its course. These arrogant, greedy dealers need to suffer consequences for their dirty deeds.
