Ch. 7 is liquidation. Ch. 11 is reorganization. People like you who don't know the difference are the reason Ch. 11 will probably be harder than it should be.
Anyway, there was an RJT CTF car with a pretty badly mismatched paint job. The dealer demo I wrote about had perfectly matching fascias, but the paint had flaws elsewhere. These are the bugs that are worked out in early production and hopefully eventually fixed. This isn't just GM being particularly careless though, as it happens on most mass produced cars. My grandma's Rav4's rear spare tire cover has a mismatched paint job worse than any Camaro fascia I've seen, and that's from Toyota, and they only make perfect cars right?

No need to panic or get too worked up over this. Early adopters always get screwed over somehow.
