#PI0137B: Rear Axle Chatter Type Noise on Low Speed Turns

The condition may be caused by a slip/stick of the posi-traction clutch plates. As the plates slip and stick, a jumping or jerking feel occurs, accompanied by a chatter noise.

The fix is replacing the Synthetic Differential Lubricant (P/N 89021677) and adding a Lubricant additive (P/N 1052358). These are US only P/N.

It's covered under warranty and it worked for me.
Thanks, but that's been posted in this thread and the problem is it only seems to work for a while... I've had it done twice at my dealer and it needs it again. That's fine while its under warrantee, but what happens when the diff breaks afterwards and they say it's an 'un-related problem'. I am thinking we need to find out what the real issue is.
