Never claimed a conspiracy. Just saying testing on the Ring, while valid, took on mystical status thanks to the Internet that makes it seem more important to development than it actually is. You want to see high performance cars you need a good Ring time. You want a great or balanced performing car, you do most of the development elsewhere. A slower Ring time does not prove a car to be inferior in any way or anywhere else other than the Ring.
