10.49 for a cage correct ,but you only need to run an 11.49 to need a roll bar.
According to IHRA rules. I believe NHRA is 11.99 unless the rules changed since two years ago.
That's why I ask on another thread how everyone is getting away with this.
At my track you will get the boot if you run under those times without a roll bar or cage depending on your time.
