I've had cars serviced there before, and it was one I purchased in Oklahoma, they were great, no hassle, even fixed some stuff for free.
The sales team, however, hmm.. but I did manage to get my order number after I was kinda a pain on the phone, I'm at least happy about that but frustrated by the seeming lack of ability on their staff.
