It's being reported it will add $1,600 to the cost of new vehicles. Combined with the savings in gas, they say we will break even! Which means it's not about fuel cost. It's about "Global Warming"; sorry they stopped using that. "Climate Change". Wait, hold on, they're trying to think of another term....
