What one set of numbers posted means nothing. The 5.0 makes 360 rwhp SAE. That's 425 crank HP to a rated 412.
The 2003 Cobra made 360 rwhp SAE or 425 crank on a rated 390 HP.
You can go to KB's website. There is an article where they dyno'd a car on a chassis dyno and then pulled the engine and put it on an engine dyno. They did several tests. It was all 15% drive train loss +/-1%.
The 2013 GT500 is a legit 700 HP car.
