no it doesn't. bayed just means its sitting...............that all. could be at Oshawa, could be at a railyard. don't be suprized if it goes from bayed, to transit, then back to bayed again. that just means it's in between tranport vehicles (train vs truck).
with a VIN that high...................you won't see a QC hold. but QC has to approve it before it gets shipped, they all do. unless there's some other new QC issue, you'll see yours in a few weeks.
