Seeing as CAFE goes by averages the V8 will be around for a long time. Electrics and Hybrids will counter the MPGs.

I'm not sure I saw the same news. What I saw on the news at noon today was 42MPG average for cars and 27 for
light trucks. As for Obama, he needs to be strapped into a '73 Pinto to play bumper cars or demo derby.
