Sorry if this offends anyone but he's ultimately a salesman on here so of course he's going to be charming and buddy buddy with people here. What's telling isn't what someone says to your face but how they act when not in front of your face. Judging by his # of commercial posts he's here to make money (not that there's anything wrong with it because there's plenty of those people) but it's still kinda uncool to act like that just from a character standpoint. He didn't say anything over the top but you can definitely read between the lines that he's dissing on this place.
