I did use the search option to discover 105 pages of threads talking about everything but grilles & their quality. Maybe I typed the wrong query wording.

I have looked at the Heritage photos, I liked the painted body color around frame & black grille center. But is this plastic? How sturdy / durable is it? Is it a direct replacement without modifiying? I like the SS in the center too, but to me it looks a bit crooked?
