I have the sales guide that GM gave to its sales persons. It is pretty clear that if someone is an enthusisist they likely know everything there is to know about the car and have an understanding of the history of the car and its development. For these customers the guide tells them to pretty much shut up. I would quote it but because it is an internal document I don't want to cause any problems.
