Once you read the fine print you will see that the actual occurances it will cover are very limited. The dealer makes major profit on these deals because they are pretty much bogus. You'll notice they never offer to let you read the limitations before they try and sell it to you. Heck most of the time they cannot even show you the terms and conditions when you ask them to show them to you.
