Franchise laws my ass. If this was a PRE-ORDER car with MSRP on paper, she gets the welcome pack from GM so its all square. THEN the car comes in and they try to screw her?
I'm sorry, GM has to have some input there. If every friggin dealer did that GM would have even more problems than they do now.
