Without seeing pictures of the damage, it is hard to say. I will tell you that I bought Dr. Colorchip and although it has mixed reviews it worked great for our car. Someone backed into my door in a parking lot with something metal in their pocket and gouged the paint 1 inch long to the metal.
I have applied it 6 times, but now you cannot even see the scratch anymore. It is remarkable.
