So... what are the statistics on 16 year olds with 400hp cars? Some guy who can barely speak English presenting an anecdote doesn't mean most 16 year olds aren't reckless.
More on topic, I finally saved up enough to purchase my first car at 21. It's easy to save some money as a single corporal in Iraq.
