Dont worry about it man I have done it twice
. One time I was being stupid and the other time I was on my way to a car show and I was at the top of a hill with a Hennessy car behind me, I was like there's no way I'm rolling back in to the front of that thing so I gave it a lot of gas and bearly let off the clutch to move forward.... then came the smell ..... Lol
the car still seems to run fine.
