Congrats Bruce the end is near.

Thanks C. If I were a driver I'd be terrified of the Texas Posse. You guys can be downright ruthless...

Dispatch sux on weekends.. non-existent.
I feel your pain bruce... you would have thought this would have been the easy part.
Maybe the time is off due to the breakdown the tractor had?

Thanks D. I know I am not the only one. The transport company for the trip out (DeMoise) kept in contact every day. Wish we had just used them for the trip home - they were really great. I didn't use them again because they said it would be a couple of weeks, but I am now at a couple of weeks anyway. "They had a truck that was going to be out there anyway" Then I started getting the excuse phone calls - blown clutch fan, flat tire. The transport pickup was a full week late. Remember this is for a premium fully enclosed, lift gate trailer. Live and learn.

Seriously though I know this is frustrating. Makes you want to repeat that old phrase......if you want something done right, do it yourself!
I'm friends with a guy that transports vehicles for the high end dealers here in Atlanta. I figured whoever you hired would be the "best" so I didn't speak up. This makes me wish I had

You are funny D. Hope you are having fun in SoCal !!!
...and what are you talking about ? After seeing you at last fall's Pony Wars doing launch after launch near Steeda, you would know what to do.
Yes, hindsight is go with the company that did a great job the first time, but you know how it is, some other 'screened' company could get there 2 weeks earlier so you take it. Ooops. Didn't work out that way. At this point just want to see that truck pull up at the house.

Yeah, this time was 18x the 2 months. It has been a while. It would be a much faster build now because all the one-off design and fabrication is now documented and can be reproduced...
