At this point, I would call the company and explain that you have located your vehicle using gps. If no response within a certain amount of time you will be calling the authorities for illegal possession of your vehicle. I would assume they have already violated the terms of your agreement.
Sometimes a small "push in the right direction" gets peoples attention very quickly.
