It's perfectly legal, he already gave you a break in his mind and he will NOT take it well if you plead not guilty and waste his time in court.
That as well is jacked up, you mean he will willingly admit he lied on a government document that he signed along with the defendent when he stated what the speed was he was charging him with? That would leave all kinds of wiggle room in my mind in court......

I hate the blackmail techniques law enforcement and the courts use to get what they want....and thats what it is, give us what I want or else it will be worse for you.....sounds like a mafia scheme to me......
