The "rough Idle" is common in computer controlled cars. The Computer is learning the fuel curve and hence will be a little rough in the beginning. This should go away here in the near future. If not I would take it in for sure.
As to the other issues, I'd get that car into a dealer ASAP. Let us know what they say.
