I don't believe that they get a seat on the board for this, and if the rest of the bond holders pull the plug, that common stock is worth 0.
Just ask the folks that went thorugh it at NW Airlines liked having the union cut them off at the knees, and then being taken over by a non-union based airline on top of it.
Now I am far short of a union fan, but to see the retirees get sold down the river just plain pi55es me off.
