I know the whistle you are referring to....
I have a 2010 V6 (automatic) as well, and the "whistle" noise happens when I start it.
It seems to only happen when the car has been sitting for a while (or has sat overnight). I don't think it is a belt that is making the noise.
Each time I start the car in the morning, it seems to to take 20 - 30 seconds to "settle down". I have the 4 pk of cluster gauges under the stereo/HVAC area, and it seems that the oil pressure goes to the max during these 20 - 30 seconds. If I tap the brake during this time (like if I'm about to put the car in gear), it whistles at me for a few seconds and then stops. I'll push the brake again, and it does it again. This goes on until the engine idles down a bit.
I'm not sure what the problem is, but i don't think it should be happening. I actually have my car in the shop (at the dealer) right now. They are looking into this problem.
