it really depends on what the ricer has in it. if ricers spend enough money.......a lot.......you can have a 10 second car on your hands.
however on that same note.......you can spend LESS money to get a BIG 3 muscle car to 10 seconds. probably A LOT less.
so yeah.......muscle wins........in every way
