No burn outs till after the break in period. Did you do burnouts?
Could be some glaze it will burn off and seat.
Clutch pad is like a giant brake pad and the metal expands and contracts with your operating heat cycles. Probably just needs more break in.
edit add: The shake is a good thing.. people pay for that.. 400 horses ready for you to crack the whip.

I agree I just picked up mine to day it goes into 2nd gear roough and feeling like a little grinding putting it in. I believe the above is correct gonna give at awhile and see what happens hopefully it should work it self out. But please advise if your dealer tells you something else
