Ok, 28 plus hours without power. Stranded outside for a half hour in a hail storm on our way home on a bicycle ride. Slave to a generator and a sump pump ( %^@#^@#) Chicago where everyone seems to have subterranean water problems). But now all is well.

Thanks to our neighbors who shared that generator. A god send. Two houses down had their basements flooded 20 minutes into this disaster.
