• Customers may return the vehicle for any reason as long as it qualifies under the program rules
• Eligible customers may elect to opt out of the "Love it or Return it" 60-day Guarantee to receive

at time of vehicle purchase.
• Only eligible delivery type is 010 Retail Purchase
• To qualify for return under the Love It or Return It Guarantee:
– The vehicle must be within 60 days of the date of purchase
– It must be returned between the 31st and 60th day from the date of purchase
– It may not have more than 4,000 miles from the date of delivery
– It may not have more than $300 in damage
– It cannot have been involved in any type of accident
– The owner must be current on their loan payments
– Only one return per household is allowed
