They had a ZL1 at the dealer when I bought my SS and it had the 10k market demand markup on it. I'm pretty certain if I had chose to buy it with GMS pricing that 10k markup would have disappeared.
There is no more GMS vs. Supplier pricing. It's all one program called GM Preferred Pricing, which is the same Military/Recent College Grad/Credit Union Member program.

and yes, if the dealers w/ the 10K mark ups are participating in the program they HAVE TO sell you the car at the preferred price plus the 60 day buyback or $500.
