Yes, their is a possibility that something will happen. When I got mine tuned out, I hit like 122 while doing some spirited driving. Nothing happened. But why in the world are you hitting that speed constantly? I've barely even scratched a hundred but then again I don't like to push my car anymore unless its at the strip
