V6owner just a reminder I pulled a 1.616 60 ft on my 11.8 run using the stock transmission and open end rear. Only suspension mod is the slicks just food for thought.

This has got to be a lot more abusive than any of the centrifugal guys are going to see! Especially if they limit themselves to DRs...

My experience has been that automatic trannies, at least int the V6 world, tend to be more robust than people would think... much more so than their manual counter parts..
