I have a problem tho and am wondering if I can find my answer here. The front GFX piece came loose in the center under normal highway wind loads and was dragged for miles before I brought her home and noticed it. It was hanging down in the middle and worn through. It was still attached on the sides because of the clips and bolts but all the double stick adhesive was only stuck to the GFX piece, not the front fascia. I've been working with the dealership when I can to figure this dilema out. Well last night I met another 2010 SS owner with GFX and he said his are the "new design" his were not on his car, as they were being painted black to match his black car. He said his does not have a "underbelly" like mine did. And it is attached differently. As far as I can tell from looking at the dealership installation manual for the GFX, mine were installed properly to GM specs. Well that's fine, but it doesn't work!!! I've heard that others on this board are starting to have the same problem.
Can anyone shed some light on this topic for me???
