Ok before plowing through everyones PM requests, to give people an idea on cam installation, with the right tools the job will realistically take around 4-5 hours, though more if you really take things slow (understandably) as the main front cover won't need to come off

The reason I say this is the GM tool in the link below (EN-48313) is used to support the chain tensions, preventing the cam chain timing from being screwed up

Note I've also included the LY7 instructions as explains better the use of the tool as I've described, which if very likely applicable in the LLT's case as the chain and tensioner arrangements are identical

Long story short the job is smaller then people probably think, with the right tools
