As long as you have cats and you aren't throwing codes you should be fine for inspection (off road pipes might squeak through). I have BBK LT's with High flows and a Corsa catback. It's not bad at idle so normally there's no issues, but when you give it some throttle it gets LOUD! When I first put the LT's on I got pulled over twice in the first week because they assumed I was speeding from a stop. Now I slowly pull away and short shift when I see cops just in case.

Not true, I got pulled over for the blue tint on the front lights, nothing was ever said about the tint on the windows, or for no front plate for that matter.
