I did see one though during my trip and I asked the guy. When did you get it, he replied it was a rental. I said nice rental, he said "no kidding". He was defintely driving it around town while he rented it.
I also happen to know someone in town at the same time, he saw a red camaro driving around the day I got in town, he started yelling, turned out to be me.
This car is great!!! If you own one get out there and do some early advertising for GM.
