Was waffalin' over a practical car/rig, like a 4x4 or what the heart wants. So when the latter won out, it was hows about a Vette? My best friend told me I wasn't a Vette guy and the SS Camaro does have a Vette engine, so I went for that. He and I actually walked around a Chevy lot and he was impressed, and this is a guy who HATES GM, period. So I order one, and then a month later the dlr calls to say he can't get it, ha. FU**er. My friend was all over me on that, and wanted me to buy a Mustang.
That is when I found my Camaro in Denver via the VIN tracking I learned when I was interning at GM Customer Service, same job that poor ba$tard Brandon has.
Maybe one day I will get a Vette, but actually what I really want is a 1961 Chevy Apache pickup truck. It will look good next to my Camaro.
