Won't cut it in NJ. Need the front plate despite the limited , if any, benefits of having one. Would save alot of money for New Jerseyans if it were eliminated. If you live here you know, cost savings are an after thought, usually around election time---like now. Govenor primary vote TODAY 6/2/09
