SS, I'm having no luck moving this pulley over. Tried a skinny screwdriver, not budging...How much do I need to loosen the idler bolt?

Here's what I'm suck with until Thursday then it going to get this problem fixed if I can't and a tune. Can I drive it like this? Should I expect anything? I can't believe I can't get the pulley over, figures I have a painted & ported TB so trying no to scratch that as well.
