Thanks for the welcome! I am now home after wasting 1 hour and 13 minutes of my time. That's how long it took the service writer to tell me they haven't touched my car yet, and it will be at least another 1/2 hour until they do. So much for my 2pm appointment.
At least their AC was blasting in the waiting area.
