I'm sorry that this is breaking your balls so much. Not trying to rub it in but I can do this alone in about two minutes so I'm thinking it's something we are all overlooking. First step is to loosen that 15mm bolt that holds the idler in place. Once that is loosened the belt tension will snap the idler pulley all the way to the right (assuming you are facing the car). Now is when you apply the force with a pry tool of some kind until the idler pulley and the super tensioner pulley just about touch. While keeping tension on the pry tighten that 15mm bolt back up and you're done.
