While it is an indicator of use, that is just a raw data point. One data point is not the whole story.

I can ruin a car within 10 km. But the odometer will read only 10 km, and it will be a very low odometer reading vehicle, correct? But it will be in poor condition

In the 21st century, materials are chosen with greater care. Techniques are much better, quality overall is high compared to cars from even a decade or two ago.

For example, primers on metals are now 'weld-through' primers. Tolerances are more tightly controlled overall. Rev limiters are commonplace now. ECUs can prevent engine damage. Relax and enjoy your car

Shocks, struts, brake pads, these things are consumable items anyway. Your car will last a long time.
